If you visit locations where you are not familiar with their menus during this time of not sharing menus (or making sure staff spends time sanitizing them after every use), you have probably seen the difficulties. We have designed our service based on our own experiences trying to use other establishments' menus, and how we feel it could be done better.
From black and white copied menus that get tossed out after every use, to links to online menus you have to type in on your phone, or if they do have a QR code, it takes you to an online menu that is not designed for simple ease of viewing and navigation, it just doesn't make it welcoming and easy. (Worse yet, it takes you to a PDF copy of the menu... Don't get us started...)
Then there is the issue of when menus change. You have 100 copies of your menu already from the local copy shop. Suddenly your supplier changes availability or prices, and you must either take the item from the menu or raise the price on it. What do you do with those 100 copies? With our service, you get in, make the update, either temporarily or permanently, save, done. Customers see the updated menu!
Have a happy hour or other specials that change every day? Why fill up the top of your menu with 7 days' worth of specials when only one applies? With the time/day based content, the top can showcase just what is currently active. Save the full list for a bottom section of your menu.
More and more goes in as we develop: Making it easy for the customer to find what they need, be able to read it without difficulties, and making it easy for you to maintain, that is our goal!
